We understand that occasional missed appointments occur for a variety of reasons, therefore for the first missed appointment for one service scheduled, we reschedule for a further date and no fees are applied.
Our system tracks missed appointments, with a second missed appointment or two services missed (color and cut on the same appointment date), we charge a 30% fee of those base services, that are applied to your account for your next studio visit.
With a third missed appointment we charge a 50% fee on the base service(s) for the missed appointment(s), and the future appointment is paid in full before any further appointments can be scheduled in.
